In these pages you will find just a small sampling of what is on offer at presence.  As limiting as photographs are, we hope this will inspire and give you a sense of the enormous range within our shop.  We feature exquisite handcrafted work from American artisans as well as masters using ancient techniques from around the globe.  We also have an eye for the useful: stoneware, barware, lighting, leather accessories, for example, but always setting a new standard for how the utilitarian, well designed and executed, can bring joy in use.

So, presence is a shop of the simply beautiful, as well as the beautifully useful.  Each of the objects was selected with the greatest care from myriad resources.  Each is a piece that may grace your own home with distinction or be given with the sure knowledge that the recipient will immediately know that you have gone beyond the ordinary and predictable.  We have also made a special effort for the guys, who, let’s face it, are sometimes challenging to buy for.
